The centuries-old ties of friendship and good neighborliness that unite our peoples form the reliable basis for the sustainable development of the strategic partnership and multidimensional cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia. The interaction of our countries on a wide range of bilateral issues on the agenda gives rise to particular satisfaction.

The signing of the Declaration on Allied Interaction in February this year confirms the high level of interstate relations, which have taken shape over the past 30 years.

I am convinced that from now on the relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation will continue to grow stronger and expand thanks to our joint efforts for the prosperity of our peoples and countries.
