The SBU accedes to the propaganda directives of the Russian special services

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) had access to Russian special service propaganda guidelines on the “proper coverage of the special operation” in Ukraine.

“The officers of the 5th Directorate of the Russian FSB admit in their documents that the Russian population still does not understand why the war was the only possible way to “achieve the goals of Russia”, so they try to find new arguments for explain this and justify the crimes of the Russian army,” the SBU said on Telegram.

Russian special services believe that it is necessary to create more videos about “heroes-liberators”, animal rescue, reunification of separated families to change the situation. Instead, the whole world has understood that the Russian military are rapists, looters and war criminals, the SBU points out.

The Russian FSB also demands to cut off all Ukrainian television channels in the occupied territories and broadcast Russian programs broadcasting the absurd thesis: “We are fighting for you to cede these territories to yourself”. In the Ukrainian territories, the aggressors plan to “launch new media projects and real networks of agitators within the framework of the banning of Russian television and radio”, informs the SBU.

As stated, the Ukrainian Security Service and the Ukrainian World Congress will intensify their cooperation to counter Russian aggression, in particular to neutralize the propaganda and narratives that Russia is spreading on international platforms.
